Candidate Login and Dashboard

Candidate to login using the login credentials (from the Home Page.

छात्र को अपने URL, यूजर नाम एवं पासवर्ड का प्रयोग करके नीचे दिए गए ललंक से लॉग इन करना है|

Preferred browsers: For taking the test, recommended browsers are Google Chrome (Ver. 75 or above), Mozilla
Firefox (Ver. 70 or above). TEST SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ON SAFARI BROWSER.
ब्राउज़र: परीक्षा में भाग लेने के ललए Google Chrome (Ver. 75 या इससे ऊपर), Mozilla Firefox (Ver. 70 या इससे ऊपर) प्रस्तालवत है। सफारी
ब्राउज़र का प्रयोग परीक्षा के ललए नहीं दकया जाना चालहए।
Registration Form/पंजीकरण फॉमड:

Candidates have to review the details such as roll number, Mobile Number, Email Id, Subject code and name
Note: If Above mention details are correct they can proceed with Face training and Mock test and In case of any
discrepancies, you can visit to ERP (https://erp.aktu.ac.in) and make the changes. Changes will reflect in 48 hours
in the ERP.

छात्रों को रोल नंबर, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल आईर्ी, लवषय कोर् और नाम जैसे लववरणों की जााँच करनी होगी |
नोट: यदि उपरोक्त लववरण सही हैं तो वे फे स ट्रेलनंग और मॉक टेस्ट के साथ आगे बढ़ सकते हैं और दकसी भी लवसंगलत के मामले में, आप ईआरपी
(https://erp.aktu.ac.in) पर जा सकते हैं और बिलाव कर सकते हैं। उक्त पररवतडन इस रलजस्ट्रेशन पोटडल पर 48 घंटों में प्रिर्शडत होंगे |
Candidate to relogin using same credentials. Post login candidate to Face Train.

उम्मीिवार को समान क्रेर्ेंलशयल्स का उपयोग करके पुनः लॉग इन करना होगा। फे स ट्रेन में लॉलगन उम्मीिवार पोस्ट करें ।
On Login, candidate will be able to see the examinations assigned. Candidate will get just one attempt to complete
the examination. The examination selection page appears as below:

लॉग इन करने पर, छात्र लनर्ाडररत परीक्षाओं को िेख सकें गे। छात्र को परीक्षा पूरी करने के ललए लसफड एक प्रयास लमलेगा। परीक्षा चयन पृष्ठ नीचे
जैसा दिखाई िेता है:

Pre-Examination Steps

As it is a remote proctoring examination, please make sure you have a functional web cam on your device. Face
tracking is enabled for this examination.

यह एक ररमोट प्रॉक्टररं ग आर्ाररत परीक्षा है, कृ पया सुलनलित करें दक आपके लर्वाइस पर एक वेब कै मरा हो । इस परीक्षा के ललए फे स ट्रैककं ग
का प्रावर्ान है ।

Step 1: Candidate needs to read instructions carefully and Check the acceptance button and click on
Proceed Now, till the timer is ticking the Button “Proceed Now” is Grey

छात्र को लनिेशों को ध्यान से पढ़ना चालहए एवं लनिेशों को स्वीकार करने के उपरांत “Proceed Now” बटन को िबाना है कु छ समय के ललए
यह बटन Grey रं ग का प्रिर्शडत होगा

Waiting Lounge: Proceed Now button turns green, which means the test is ready to be taken
वेरटंग लाउं ज: कु छ समय उपरांत Proceed Now बटन हरा हो जाएगा , लजसका मतलब है दक टेस्ट लेने के ललए अब लसस्टम तैयार
है |
Process flow during Examination

 Candidates must note that the exam is AI Remote Proctored and also Image Proctored examination. Hence,
during the examination, if candidate tries to navigate to other window, they will get navigation warnings.
Candidate is not allowed the navigate.
 छात्रों को ध्यान रखना चालहए दक परीक्षा AI ररमोट प्रोक्टेर् एवं इमेज प्रॉक्टर्ड परीक्षा है। इसललए, परीक्षा के िौरान, यदि छात्र अन्य
लवंर्ो में नेलवगेट (जाने) का प्रयास करते हैं, तो उन्हें नेलवगेशन चेतावनी लमलेगी। उम्मीिवार को नेलवगेट करने की अनुमलत नहीं है

Test Screen/परीक्षा स्क्रीन :

Instructions on the Test Screen / परीक्षा स्क्रीन पर दिशा लनिेश :

 After completion candidate can submit the examination.

 परीक्षा पूणड होने पर Submit दकया जा सकता है
Proctoring during the examination

 Proctor can monitor the candidates all the time & at any time the proctor has an option to send a warning
message to the candidate for any improper conduct
 Proctors can chat with candidates during the examination. Candidates can use the chat option to clarify
doubts, if any
 Candidates images are being tracked by the proctor and proctor can view the live video of the candidate
during the examination.
• प्रॉक्टर हर समय छात्रों की लनगरानी कर सकता है और दकसी भी समय प्रॉक्टर के पास दकसी भी अनुलचत आचरण के ललए छात्र को
चेतावनी संिश े भेजने का लवकल्प है।
• प्रॉक्टर परीक्षा के िौरान छात्रों के साथ चैट कर सकते हैं। दकसी भी प्रकार का संिेह होने पर छात्र चैट लवकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं |
• प्रॉक्टर द्वारा छात्रों की फोटो सतत िेखी जा रही है और साथ ही प्रॉक्टर परीक्षा के िौरान उम्मीिवार का लाइव वीलर्यो भी िेख सकते हैं।

Candidate gets a message from the proctor, during the test as depicted below:

 Candidate submits the examination post completion of test

 Once submitted, candidate will not get a chance to re- login and upload answer sheets.
 एक बार टेस्ट को सबलमट कर िेने के बाि छात्र को पुनः लॉग इन करने का अवसर नहीं लमलेगा|

System RequirementsAnd Other Instructions:

 Internet Bandwidth: The minimum required bandwidth is 512 Kbps of internet speed on each machine.
 इन्टरनेट की न्यूनतम स्पीर् 512 Kbps होनी चालहए|

 Machine Configuration: RAM - Minimum 2GB (though 4GB is recommended), Processor Speed- 1.5 Ghz
and above. Preferred Operating System – Windows 10.

 Browsers: For taking the test, Google Chrome (Ver. 75 or above) and above is preferred browser.
 A web camera and microphone must be available for the test. Must have Smart Phone/Laptop/Desktop
for taking the test.
 हालांदक छात्र स्माटड फ़ोन/लैपटॉप/र्ेस्कटॉप दकसी से भी परीक्षा िे सकता है परन्तु बेहतर यही होगा दक लैपटॉप/र्ेस्कटॉप का प्रयोग दकया जाये|
माइक्रोफोन एवं कै मरा होना अलनवायड है| Google Chrome के 75 version अथवा Firefox का प्रयोग दकया जाना चालहए|

 If your internet disconnects during submission contact the Help centre number provided to you and don't
close your window. अगर परीक्षा के िौरान आपका इन्टरनेट बंि हो जाता है तो आपको Help Center में तत्काल कॉल करना चालहए
और अपनी device के लवंर्ो को बंि नहीं करना चालहए|
 Make sure that pop-up blocker is disabled on your browser. Any notifications related to antivirus,
windows update, email notifications etc will be counted as navigation.

 कृ पया ध्यान रखें दक आपकी device के ब्राउज़र में pop up लनलरक्रय हो और परीक्षा के िौरान कोई भी अन्य pop up नहीं आये क्योंदक उस
कायड को NAVIGATION माना जाएगा और एक लनलित संख्या में NAVIGATIONS के पश्च्यात आपको UFM (Unfair Means) की
श्रेणी में आरोलपत दकया जा सकता है|

 Keep required stationery handy with you (pencil, pen, rough sheet etc.)

 कृ पया आवश्यक stationary अपने पास ready रखें|

 Make sure your laptop is fully charged or have a preferably have uninterrupted power supply.
 कृ पया यह सुलनलित कर लेवें दक आपका लैपटॉप/मोबाइल वगैरह पूणडतया charged हो लजससे र्ेढ़ घंटे तक लबजली कट जाने पर भी लनबाडर् रूप
से कायड करता रहे|
 It is recommended to sit in a well illuminated place having minimal environment sound interference.
Please be alone in the room during the examination.
 आपको यह लनिेलशत दकया जाता है दक परीक्षा एक पयाडप्त रौशनी वाले कमरे में शांत माहौल में िेवें| सभी प्रकार का व्यवर्ान (चाहे वो आपका
बात करना हो, रौशनी कम होना हो अथवा कहीं से कोई अन्य व्यलक्त के आपके स्क्रीन पर उपलस्थत होने का साक्ष हो) आपको UFM की श्रेणी में
पहंचा सकता है|
