Power supply not present in to the pin 43:

Due to:
1.Main fuse burn:
2. Power supply connection fault.
3. Internal wire broke.
1. The fuse burn is due to a short circuit.
The fuse 10 A is dedicated to power supply the radio remote
control and all the sensors in to the crane less than pressure
sensor. After the replacement, if the fuse burning again, please
disconnect the radio and all the sensor and reconnect first the
radio remote control and than one by one all the other sensor
until find the device in fault.

1. Please control that all the power supply cable are not
disconnected from the power connector (The power supply
connection depending by the crane installer, we produce the
crane and the electrical system of this part)..
3. By Digital Multimeter set in ohm and buzzer configuration please
check the cable continuity between the power connection wire to
pin 43 of the 56 pin plug (see the sketch).
If there is not continuity in this line the internal wire of
the harness is broke.
Replace the main wiring of the crane and contact the after sales department

1. Diode in to the connector broke in short circuit

2. Emergency solenoid valve in short circuit.
3. Wiring connection in short circuit
4. Load limiting device fault

1. In to the valve bank of the crane there is the Emergency valve

The name of the cable is YVH1
.
Disconnect the 90° degrees connector from the valve.
Take off the screw from the connector
Take off the base of the connector where the wires are connect.
Between the two pin there is:

Remove the Diode from the connector and reconnect the electrical
part in to the solenoid.
Press RESET button in to the Load Limiting Device do delay the
alarm and verify if the alarm disappear.
Replace the diode.
Please contact the after services department
2. Unscrew and remove the 90° Connector from the Emergency valve.
By the multimeter in ohm setting, check if the solenoid is not in short
circuit.

3. Disconnect the 90° degrees connector from the valve.
Take off the base of the connector where the wires are connect.
Disconnect the wire from the cable YVH1.
Take off the 56 pin plug from load limiting device.
By the multimeter in ohm setting check the wires in to the
emergency valve cable there is a short circuit. (see the

Step 1 wiring test
The wiring related with the pressure transducer line is
XS2 see sketch above could it be damage or interrupt
somewhere.
Trouble shooting material necessary to solve the
problem:
- Digital multimeter

1.Disconnect (unscrew the silver crown) the pressure

transducer TP1 located in the bottom of the main
cylinder.
Disconnect the load limiting device 56 pin plug connector.
The connector are numbered like as sketch following:

29 42 43 56

1 14 15 28

Test the wire continuity between the 56 pin connector and

pressure transducer connector like as following:
Pin 40 and pin 1than pin 31 and pin 2.
In the both wiring test the multimeter must show in to
the display 0000 and the buzzer ring on, that means
wiring line OK than move to step 2.
Otherwise disconnect XS2 connection and move to test
like following sketch:

Than
Pin 2 and pin2
If continuity is not present in one of this two test you must
replace the wire in trouble. After cable replacement start the
crane operation.

Step 2 Load limiting device test

Trouble shooting material necessary to solve the problem:

- Bypass pressure transducer part number 5160026

XS2 connection is located between the column to valve bank.

Remove the black cover protection to find the connection.
Disconnect the cable XS2 from the column and connect the
bypass pressure transducer in to the main part.
Press RESET button in to the load limiting device.
If the alarm disappear and the percentage value of TP1 (second
row left part display) is showing 50% value the load limiting
device is working OK and
go to the step n 3
Step 3 transducer pressure

If the two step 1 and step 2 resulting OK the component that

make the alarm on is the pressure transducer and must be
replaced.
The pressure transducer TP1 located in the bottom of the
main cylinder.
The top of the crane must be positioning in to the ground.
Switch off the PTO and whit power ON
Discharge the pressure in to the crane system by the hand
lever of the bank valve.
Unscrew the component from the cylinder and replace it.
Reconnect the electrical connection and start the crane
operation.
No load limiting device calibration is require after the sensor
replacement.

Step 1 wiring test
The wiring related with the bubble sensor line is XS11
see sketch above could it be damage and in short circuit
some where.
Trouble shooting material necessary to solve the
problem:
- Digital multimeter

1.Disconnect the bubble sensor located in the crane second

boom.
Disconnect the load limiting device 56 pin plug connector.
Do test the wire short circuit test in to XS11 bubble sensor line
like as following:

Pin 2 and pin 3

Of the bubble sensor
connector

The multimeter must show the vale O.L that means no short
circuit in to the wiring line, than move to step number two.
Otherwise disconnect XS11 connection and move to test like
following sketch:
Main wiring short circuit test

Pin 2 and pin 3

XS3 is located between the

column to valve bank support
under the black cover
protection

Extension wiring short circuit test

Pin 2 and pin 3

If short circuit is present in one of this two test you must
replace the wire in trouble with a new one.
Please contact after sales department to have a spare part
information.
After cable replacement start the crane operation.
Step 2 Load limiting device test

Trouble shooting material necessary to solve the problem:

XS11 connection is located between the column to valve bank.

Remove the black cover protection to find the connection.
Disconnect the cable XS11 from the column and connect the
bypass sensor connector in to the main part.
Press RESET button in to the load limiting device.
If the alarm disappear the load limiting device is working OK.
Repeat the same operation with the bypass connector 2 and if
also this test will be OK
go to the step n 3
Step 3 bubble sensor

the second boom of the crane.
Disconnect the load limiting device 56 pin plug connector.
The connector are numbered like as sketch following:

29 42 43 56

1 14 15 28

Test the wire continuity between the 56 pin connector and

bubble analog sensor connector like as following:
Pin 33 and Pin 3
.When analog sensor is using
pin 5 is not USED

In the wiring test the multimeter must show in to the

display 0000 and the buzzer ring on, that means wiring
