Learning Outcomes and Outline

This unit is about planning instruction for science. At the end of the unit, you will be able to:

o revisit SNC and textbooks for selecting suitable content in order to develop lesson plans;
o design science lessons ingrained in student centered pedagogy;
o modify their plans in light of peers’ feedback; and,
o prepare for microteaching.
You will cover some of the unit content during your training through Microsoft TEAMS. You will
cover the rest of the content, on your own, through LMS.
