BRIEF MEDICAL HISTORY:

Mr. Nakul Pareek aged 33 years c/o excessive dryness of skin all over body with severe
itching and exfoliation since 13 years which got aggravated since 5 years. He has dry skin
since childhood. He had been to all possible dermatologist across India and in the US and
UK. He had found no relief in complaints. Excessive itching and exfoliation had completely
shattered his personal life. He was unable to perform his activities of daily routine with ease.
Hence he approached AyurVAID Hospitals for root cause management of his severe health
issues through Ayurveda.
