MICROWAVE AND RADAR ENGINEERING PRACTICAL EXAM

NAME:- HARSHIT SHARMA

ROLL NO:- 18/BEC/020

AIM:- To design a T-junction power divider.

THEORY:- The T junction is a fundamental passive component. In
microwave and millimeter-wave monolithic circuits and the characterization
of its transmission and reflection properties is a topic of considerable
interest. In this paper, we have applied optimization techniques to design
power-divider c i r c u i t s w h i c h g i v e p r e - s p e c i fi e d t r a n s m i s s i o n
characteristics. These designs were fabricated with a 20-mil thick microstrip
material, and the measured transmission characteristics compared well with
the simulated results over the desired frequency range of 1-8 hz.

Our model will look like the one given in the picture below and will
mention its frequency as Fmin =1 and Fmax=1.4
Conclusion and Result:-
The following is the S-Parameter for the above diagram
Result:- The above model has been stimulated and performed.
