DEED OF AGRREMENT FOR SALE

This Deed of Agreement for Sale is made on this 25th day of July, 2020 at Jorhat, Assam

BETWEEN

Jay Bee Honda registered dealership of Two wheeler Motorcycle or Scooter

(proprietorship by………………..) situated at Tarajan opposite…….P.O./P.S./District – Jorhat,
Pin – 785001 Assam, hereinafter referred and called as 1ST PARTY/ SELLER of the One Part
which expression unless repugnant shall include his heirs, successors, inheritance etc. etc.

AND

Sri Dibyajyoti Borah son of Sri Tilak Borah, resident of Karanga Katoni Gaon. P.O.
karanga, Dist- Jorhat, Pin – 785008, hereinafter referred and called as 2nd PARTY/
PURCHASER of the Other Part which expression unless repugnant shall include his heirs,
successors, inheritance etc. etc.

WHEREAS the 1st party/ Seller is the registered owner of a motor cycle or scooter
bearing Regd. No…………..Engine no…….chasis No………model….manufactured by……

AND WHEREAS the 1st Party/Seller intend to sell out the aforesaid motorcycle or
scooter at a total consideration of Rs.0,000.00 (Rupees thousand )only and the 2nd Party
/Purchaser has agreed to purchase the aforesaid Motorcycle or scooter and also agreed to pay
the considerable amount fixed by the 1st Party/Seller.

NOW, the aforenamed both the parties hereby entered into this present Deed of
Agreement for Sale under the below mentioned Schedules and terms and conditions.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the 2nd Party shall pay an amount of Rs20,000.00 (Rupees…….)only out of total
fixed considerable amount of Rs 90,000.00 (Rupees…….)only and the 1st Party/Seller shall
acknowledge receipt for receiving the aforesaid consideration amount as advance by
signing/executing this present Deed of Agreement for Sale.

2. That the 2nd Party/Purchaser shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.70,000.00 (Rupees
………..)on monthly installment basis without interest over the rest of the amount within a
stipulated period of 1year from the date of execution of this deed without fail .
3. That the aforesaid Motorcycle or scooter is insured/ covered
under………………..Company Limited (Govt. of India Undertaking), Jorhat Branch in the
name of the 1st Party/Seller, Customer policy ID:………., Validity Period: ….03-2019 to
00.03.2020 and for the said reason the 1st Party/Seller is binding himself for any insurance claim,
if any sort of mishappening or disaster appears during this specified insurance period.

4. That if any litigation arises for any incidents or any criminal or civil default/ act, liable to
be prosecuted before the competent Court of law during the period of insurance as mentioned in
para-3, the liabilities shall have to be born by the 1st Party/Seller or the Insurance Company, and
if any incident or dispute arises during the period of plying the aforesaid motorcycle by the 2nd
Party/Purchaser, the 2nd Party /Purchaser shall be made liable for the same..

5. That after the possession of the aforesaid vehicle of the 2 nd Party/Purchaser, the 1st
Party/Seller shall be made responsible to bear the proceedings also as the vehicle is registered in
the name of the 1st Party/Seller.

6. That, after completion of the rest of the part of balance amount, the 1st Party/Seller shall

deliver the entire related documents in original form of the aforesaid motorcycle to the 2nd Party.

7. 2nd Party is staff of 1st Party i.e., Jay Bee Honda, if 1st party wants to leave from his service
in near future for taking better opportunity, 2nd party will be bound to pay rest of the amount.

8. That this Deed of Agreement is made purely on mutual consent of both the parties, in
sound mind and good health, without any force or pressure implied from any quarter and in
presence of independent witnesses.

9. That in default, the parties are at liberty to seek legal assistance from the appropriate
forum of law for their own redressal or recovery or grievances or whatsoever within the ambit of
law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto signed this Agreement on this 25th day of
July ,2020at Jorhat Bar in presence of witnesses and each other and registered before the Notary
Public at Jorhat Bar Association, District Jorhat, Assam.
