Our company has been and will always be truthful and appropriate with all our affairs,

internally and externally. We ought to bring and provide an exceptional service with the
intention to make this business up-and-coming. We acknowledge and appreciate all your efforts
to help this company thrive. However, we will not condone wrong doings and intentional
trickery, deception, or perversion of truth, as it will not only hurt the company and all people
connected to it but because we value integrity, transparency, and righteousness.

A recent report has reached us and we are assured that the veracity of this report is
tested. The report was about an overheard conversation of the Chief Executive and Non-
executive director regarding their rigid plan of manipulating our books in order to make it look
like our company is profitable. While their intention is best for the company’s reputation, it is
our responsibility to conform with standards, rules and laws. Any form of alteration,
falsification, or distortion of information that will appear in our books is prohibited and
unacceptable. Nevertheless, due process and appropriate offices has been already on the work
to make all of this conflict smooth and under control.

The conversation is a representation of how the CEO and NED would handle such
problem, it is indeed a questionable behavior. The fact that they hold considerably high position
and the plan was intentional, it can only mean that there is a very high possibility that it would
happen multiple times in the future. It is fraudulent act, a portrayal of dishonesty and an insult
to the capabilities of all the people who work hard for the company, all of these is a proof of a
very poor corporate governance.
