Membrane Chemicals
ROSCAL-180 is a broad spectrum, liquid antiscalant and dispersant. This multicomponent formulation is targeted
at preventing scale precipitation in larger systems and is particularly cost effective in brackish water/industrial
water and municipal reverse osmosis (RO) applications.
Excellent performance against the following scalants: calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate,
strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride, silica and iron. Scaling and iron fouling of the RO membranes will reduce
system performance and lead to premature membrane replacement. Precipitation of scale and deposits build
up on the RO membrane, which leads to poor permeate quality, low permeate production,
unscheduled downtime, increased water consumption and increased energy costs.
•Formulated with a crystal modification property that distorts inorganic salt crystal growth to reduce system fouling.
•Compatible with polyelectrolyte coagulants.
•Economical to use, offering threshold scale inhibition at low dose rates.
•Highly effective in a wide variety of feedwaters and pH ranges.
Injecting
Best results are fed continuously to minimize precipitation of scale and fouling of RO and nanofiltration
membranes. The feedpoint location should be as close to the RO membrane as practical but one that ensures
good mixing with the feedwater prior to entering the RO system. Typically, this is before the cartridge filters.
Dosing
A typical ROSCAL-180 dose ranges from 2.0-6.0 mg/l.
Dilution
Maximum dilution is 10% with RO permeate or Dl water.
Inspect the antiscalant day tank before adding the new solution. If needed, the antiscalant tank should be cleaned prior to filling.

RODICIDE-302
RODICIDE-302 is a fast-acting, highly effective non-oxidizing biocide developed for sanitizingreverse osmosis
(RO) systems, ultrafiltration (UF) systems, and peripheral equipment ahead of these systems. This slow-acting
biocide is powerful against microbiological contaminants commonly found in RO applications including
bacteria, fungi and algae.
Biological fouling of membrane systems is a widespread problem throughout the RO industry. This problem greatly
reduces the operating efficiency of an RO system by reducing normalized permeate flow rates, increasing feed
pressures, and reducing salt rejection rates. Biological fouling causes these operating inefficiencies by increasing the
feed-to-reject differential pressure that, if left untreated, will lead to irreversible damage to
the membranes. By increasing the differential pressure, the biofilm creates low flow conditions over
the membrane that are favorable for colloidal fouling, scaling, and more biological growth.

RODICIDE-303
ES-30 3 is a concentrated, fast-acting, non-oxidizing liquid biocide for intermittent use that
provides instant antimicrobial activity. It is based on a 20% solution of the active ingredient
dibromo nitrilopropionamide (DBNPA). It degrades rapidly and naturally, making it a cost-effective
method of eliminating contamination in compliance with strict discharge regulations.
RODICIDE-303 may be used in RO applications as a biocide for intermittent use. For potable applications,
refer to local regulations.
Intermittent Injection
RODICIDE-303 be used in RO applications as a biocide for intermittent use.
Intermittent Injection dose level and frequency should be optimized according to the bacteriological challenges
present in the feedwater.A typical dose is applied intermittently at 50-80 mg/l for 40-60 minutes per week.

BIOGARD-370
BIOGARD-370 is a broad spectrum, non-oxidising composite biocide. After contact with bacteria and algae, it
can quickly and irreversibly prevent the growth of bacteria and algae proteins by breaking the bond between
them, which leads to the death of microbe cells. Bacteria, fungi, algae, etc. have strong prevention and killing
effects; it has the advantages of broad spectrum, low toxicity, fast and long-lasting efficacy, strong penetration,
convenient use, and wide applicable temperature and pH range.
Non-oxidizing bactericide is also suitable for circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemicals, fertilizers, oil
refining, metallurgy and other industries as sterilization and algae removal and slime stripping agents.used for the
control of microorganisms in industrial water systems such as open, recirculating cooling systems, closed
loop cooling systems, process water systems.
As with any biocide, the dosage for a given system is dependent upon the type and level of micro
organisms present in the system. As the level of micro-organisms in a system increases, the
concentration of biocide required to perform effectively in that system also increases. may be dosed in the
neat form or diluted before use, depending on the dosage rate.
Impact Injection
Using impact dosing, the dosage is generally 80-100mg/L, that is, it has a complete killing effect on bacteria and
algae; if there are more algae, if you want to obtain a quick stripping effect, you can increase the dosage of the
circulating water fungicide, and timely Remove floating objects.

BIOGARD-722
The unshared electron pair of the oxygen atom in the organic complex chemically adsorbs with metal ions such
as iron and calcium or iron atoms with a partial positive charge to form a coordination bond, and then a layer of
insoluble chelating film covering For metal surfaces such as carbon steel, this film has a large resistance and can
isolate the metal from the corrosive medium in the water, thereby delaying corrosion.
The pre-filming agent has the characteristics of fast film formation, fine and uniform film quality,
good chemical stability, and low corrosion rate.
The pre-filming agent has strong adaptability to water quality and is not interfered by harmful ions such as
copper and iron in the water.
