The‌‌work‌‌that‌‌went‌‌into‌‌creating‌‌this‌‌artifact‌‌impacts‌‌faculty‌‌development‌‌because‌‌it‌‌ 

provides‌‌a‌‌better‌‌view‌‌of‌‌what‌‌is‌‌currently‌‌taking‌‌place‌‌and‌‌how‌‌it‌‌can‌‌be‌‌improved‌‌to‌‌have‌‌a ‌‌

better‌‌impact.‌‌Currently,‌‌the‌‌professional‌‌learning‌‌taking‌‌place‌‌in‌‌the‌‌district‌‌does‌‌not‌‌meet‌‌ 

majority‌‌level‌‌3‌‌and‌‌4‌‌for‌‌professional‌‌learning‌‌standards‌‌so‌‌there‌‌is‌‌a‌‌lot‌‌of‌‌growth‌‌that‌‌could‌‌be‌‌ 

made‌‌to‌‌improve‌‌teaching‌‌practice.‌‌   ‌
