varying‌‌content‌‌areas‌‌take‌‌notes‌‌on‌‌the‌‌professional‌‌development‌‌sessions‌‌they‌‌are‌‌required‌‌to‌‌ 

attend‌‌and‌‌have‌‌them‌‌answer‌‌a‌‌specific‌‌set‌‌of‌‌questions.‌‌These‌‌questions‌‌would‌‌include‌‌descriptions‌‌ 

of‌‌new‌‌strategies‌‌and‌‌tools‌‌provided,‌‌how‌‌teachers‌‌are‌‌expected‌‌to‌‌implement‌‌new‌‌strategies‌‌and‌‌

The‌‌work‌‌that‌‌went‌‌into‌‌creating‌‌this‌‌artifact‌‌impacts‌‌faculty‌‌development‌‌because‌‌it‌‌ 

provides‌‌a‌‌better‌‌view‌‌of‌‌what‌‌is‌‌currently‌‌taking‌‌place‌‌and‌‌how‌‌it‌‌can‌‌be‌‌improved‌‌to‌‌have‌‌a ‌‌

majority‌‌level‌‌3‌‌and‌‌4‌‌for‌‌professional‌‌learning‌‌standards‌‌so‌‌there‌‌is‌‌a‌‌lot‌‌of‌‌growth‌‌that‌‌could‌‌be‌‌ 

made‌‌to‌‌improve‌‌teaching‌‌practice.‌‌   ‌
