GRS App V2 CGO Suzette Villanueva provide the following ‘observations on the new GRS system of the GRS App v2. 1. Only ongoing grievances are seen in the system, once you tag it as resolved itcan no longer be viewed in the GRS App 2, 2. Once the grievances were encoded in the GRS. ‘App, it will automatically appear in the live PPIS, However, the resolution date that appears in the PIS live was the date of encoding, 3, Security concern, Grievances can be updated by another GO. 4, Ongoing grievances can only be seen in the drop list/dashboard. 5. Cell for Complaint details and action taken is limited. PGO Andrew Cabredo ~ Clarified ifthe received grievances on the current reporting period/month should be encoded in new GRS App V2 on the month itis received or can be extended in the succeeding months. It was agreed upon that GOs will still maintain 2 raw file of received grievances monthly, and PGO will still submit the consolidated GTT every 17 day of the month. However, the deadline for the October GIT will be extended till November. According to RGO it is best to still maintain a Raw File for tracking purposes in case of glitches in the new GRS app 2. He added that GOs should ‘add another column in the GTT Raw file and indicate if the case was already encoded or not yet encoded for easy identification. GOs should use the training site (http://webdev.dswd.gov.ph/beta/ers/) lof the new GRS application to be able to familiarize with the new system, According to RGO Lawrence Osumo it may be continuously encoded in the ‘new GRS System. He explained that the NPMO are likewise starting to encode those grievances received from January 2017 and those months wherein the GRS still don’t have the system after UNICS.Status of Received Grievances for RO V for September- October Cycle. Manual Retro Payroll The resolution rate of grievances for this cycle is only 57%. ‘A memo has been issued to the finance unit of the Pantawid Pamilya RO V to provide the GRD the list of HH with downloaded ‘Manual Retro Payment every Payout effective Pa 2017. According to Ms. Elvie the request is possible since UFMS also has the list of HH with the approved Manual Retro Payment and they also provide the GRD. Likewise, Ms. Elvie also confirmed that request for Manual Retro for CY 2014- 2017 can still be uploaded RGO Lawrence Osumo clariefied to the body that there are CY 2015 previously uploaded transaction for manual retro payment for re-processing and re- uploading If there are errors, send to RGO for further checking, In uploading, check the HH ID no., amount and name of grantee and remove blank spaces in cell Rice Subsidy ‘A darification was raised if the act of tampering or forging a receipt of purchase of rice will constitute misdemeanor. ‘Are the beneficiaries required to present official receipt (OR). ‘As discussed beneficiaries are Not necessarily required to provide OR but it is the discretion of the ML how to validate and monitor the use of cash grants.
