Undertake a management role in an organisation, including:
o carrying out general work-based management projects and activities o managing budgets and financial resources o making bids and securing financial resources for organisational plans o managing the performance of teams and individuals o identifying learning and development needs
Help others by:
o mentoring or coaching other health and safety professionals o contributing to the development of learning programmes in an organisation o designing learning programmes o managing the contribution of other people to the learning process
Undertake courses in management and other skills, such as:
o quality management o auditing o information technology o negotiation
Undertake other activities, such as:
o involvement in your local community o voluntary work using key skills o research
