(Crazy Ad making Competition)Mad Ad:

Mad Ad is an advertisement making competition for business students to showcase their creativity in
the marketing products and services. The objective of the event is to acquaint the students about
promotional strategies in marketing through advertisements. The event comprises of humorous &
conceptual ad presentation by the students.

To create the advertisement, a situational case will be provided 15 days earlier to competition. The
situational case will be designed with the help of experts of the advertising industry and revered faculty
of marketing in Nepal. Video advertisement should be crated as per requirements of the case. The
advertisement can also be created using still pictures and/or animated video as well.

Terms and Condition:

 The maximum length of the advertisement is 3 minute and minimum length is 1 minute.
 7 days will be provided to submit the final TV advertisement to the event coordinator.
 All the received entries will be uploaded in our official You Tube Channel.
 Based on the views and likes of your advertisement on YouTube, top 10 entries will be chosen
for Round 2
 The top 10 teams should design a magazine advertisement as well and give a final presentation
for maximum of 10 minutes based on the requirements of the case.
 The panel of expert jury will evaluate the advertisement and presentation on various
dimensions. The experts evaluation will carry 70% weightage and 30% weightage will be
calculated based on the likes and views in YouTube, One ultimate winner will be chosen based
on these criteria.
 The decision of the judges and organizing team will be final and binding.
 The advertisement should be uploaded in Google drive or any other cloud based storage
platform and the download link can be shared to the event coordinator via email.
 The team can have maximum of 5 participants.
