SUBJECT ECs' Online CSP Guidelines

In line with the NEA Regulatory Advisory No. 2020-002 dated 14 July 2020 , entitled
"The Conduct of Competitive Selection Process Under the State of Community
Quarantine", please be advised that all electric cooperatives (ECs) who plan to
undertake its CSP virtually are requested to submit their Online CSP Guidelines
aligned with the said Advisory at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled EC Pre-
bid Conference for NEA's review and endorsement of the same to the Department
of Energy (DOE) .
