（1）ECU kits
Main components for the burning gas system through collecting the fuel signal of the ECU control module
from original car, and integrate the signal of water temperature sensor, intake manifold pressure sensor,
intake air temperature sensor, gas temperature sensor, gas pressure sensor, sensor crank shaft position sensor ,
then the kits do the analysis processing, and send out the injunction to the burning gas mutual rail injection
valve, when the engine stopped the gas system will be cut off automatically.

sensors, spray rail body, outlet nozzles and other components .

injection timing and pulse width (jet volume)], compressed natural gas injected into the gas rationing rail or

（3）CNG Reducer
The role of Reducers on LPG vehicles is mainly to evaporate liquid petroleum gas into gaseous state, and to
reduce pressure and stabilize pressure, so it is generally called an evaporative pressure reducer. Since a large
amount of heat is absorbed during the decompression process, the pressure reducer is generally provided
with a water jacket that introduces engine circulating water into the pressure reducer, and the heat of the
engine circulating cooling water is used to heat the pressure reducer.

（4）Filter
CNG / LPG filter mainly filters and isolates impurities in the gas through the internal filter core, and then
comes out from the other end wiht the clean gas , which can prevent dust and dirt from entering the injector
rail and engine with CNG or LPG , thereby protecting the Injector rail and engine, and is an effective
protection for the performance and accessories of the car，It is an important equipment of the gas system ，
which is installed between the Reducer and the Injector rail always .

How to choose the filter material?

（6）Relay
Commonly used for automobile oil to gas conversion, used to control the connection and disconnection of

Connection ways:
The 85-86 pin is connected to the positive and negative poles of the gas solenoid valve. During the
gas combustion, the relay coil generates magnetic force to control the switch.
The 30-87A pin is connected to the oil pump power cable , cut off the oil pump power cable, and
connect the 30-87A in series. When the gas solenoid valve is powered, the relay generates magnetic
force, and the relay will cut off the lower electrical signal.

（7）Manometer
CNG gas pressure gauge is an important component of vehicles, installed on the valve or pipe and between
the CNG cylinder and pressure reducer . Main role is to convert the pressure of cylinder to electrical signal
then transmitted to the cab’ CNG switch by the sensor , easier to understand the capacity of natural gas
within the cylinder.
