School’s Current Situation
A
Dinarayat Elementary School is a newly established elementary P
school located along the highway about three kilometers away from the town
proper of Talavera going to south which is the borderline Talavera and T
Cabanatuan City. It has an area of 1000 sq. m. E
The school serves 125 learners attending Kindergarten to Grade 6. R
On the past three (3) years the school maintained Zero Drop-Out
Rate, High Participation Rate and Retention Rate. With this, we continuously
upgrade the quality standard of the school academically and physically. 2
Recently, the school achieved School Based Management Level II. Also, the
school was a recipient of Project OSLO in cooperation of the Local
Government Unit of Talavera.
The school is headed by Head Teacher I , Marc Arvi V. Quiroz with
8 teachers who are all good achievers, committed to works and abreast with
the 21st century skills in teaching. The school is committed to give quality
education to the learners. The Principal obtained the outstanding
performance in OPCRF together with one Master Teacher. Now, we are
aiming for continuous improvement towards excellence. The School Planning
Team work hand in hand for the realization of this dream. With this, the
team identified Priority Improvement Areas listed as follows: (a) Increase of
Literacy and Numeracy Rate, (b) Improvement of participation in academic
competitions, (c) Reduction of absenteeism among learners, (d) Construction
of school drainage system, (e) Rehabilitation of school concrete perimeter
fences, and (f) Correction and installation of electrical wirings.
