Experience: 9+ Years of IT experience, with 7+ years in Automation Testing

Note: We are looking for genuine Automation engineers who have real hands-on experience in
designing automation frameworks, scripting and well versed with E2E automation lifecycle.
Experience as Software Development Engineer in Test will be a plus. Practitioners who can work as
Consultants, SMEs. Tech-Savvy with hands on experience in Automation Testing assignments

Academics: Minimum Engineering graduate or MCA/M.Tech

Skills Requirement:
 Candidate must have strong knowledge of core QA functional tools such as Microfocus ALM,
UFT, Selenium, TestNG, Jira, Appium etc.
 Should be apt to work with range of Development Technology flavours like Java, Ruby,
Python, JavaScript, VBA, C#, PHP
 Solutions mindset with Creativity, innovation and Idea incubation to lead QAE Strategies 
 Experience in Behavior-Driven-Development using Cucumber, Winium or SpecFlow
 Experience in maintaining Shared Services Platforms around Automation, Test Management,
Device Lab.
 In-depth knowledge of service delivery methodologies and industry standards
 In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture design patterns, technology and platforms
combined with adequate knowledge in multiple industry domains
 Experienced in Continuous Testing, Automation, Full-Stack Development, DevOps,
Containers & Virtualization
 Ability to collaborate with delivery teams, architects and technical resources at all levels
within a large Captive operating framework with Matrix organization
 Ability to collaborate to influence Standards, Process, Platforms towards a Robust Product
Outcome
 Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing
