 SINOPSIS

Marry Adler is a child abandoned by her mother. After bereft of her mother, she
being raised by her uncle Frank Adler.
One day her uncle’s command marry to go to school, so she can socialize with her
friends, like a general child. In the first day of entering school, she showed her talented in
math and this is so amazing.
Marry’s head master suggested frank for sending marry to a special school for a
gifted child, but frank refused it. Because he so worried about marry that she can’t to
spend her childhood.
After frank’s refusal, the headmaster got ahold of the Evelyn (marry’s
grandmother), he was trying to get her custody to marry, and she wants to move marry in
Massachusetts because she believes that marry is a special child.
In the court, Frank said that his mother parenting on Diane (Marry’s mother)
make Diane lose her normally live. And Evelyn said that Frank can’t to raise marry
because his profession and without health insurance. Because of it, they agreed to leave
marry to a foster parents, and because frank won’t to lose marry completely. After 12
years old marry can to decide where she lives. Marry so disappointed and sad because it
and refuse to meet frank again.
Frank missed marry so much, and then he brought and showed his mother about
last Diane’s scientific work. So he can get his his custody completely to marry, and give a
chance to his mother to publish the Diane’s project.
Finally, marry back to live together with frank and her cat. Life, study, and
playing with her friends. HAPPY ENDING!
 What we can learn from the GIFTED 2017
1. It’s not about the custody struggle, but, this film tells us that the genius child can also
get two things there are, being a genius and be a small kid at same times.
2. We are able to appreciate our social relationship and not ignore it. As we can see in
this movie, that marry not be able to socialize with her friends.
3. Can receive, hear, and consider the opinion of the other person, certainly because we
live in this world as a social being need someone else beside us. Like Frank he has
bonnie ( marry’s teacher) and Roberta to help each other.
4. Don’t force our wish to another person, even the aim is good. Without us knowing it
makes the people we force depressed.
5. Certainly, there is a good lesson after what have on us. Because without the disaster
or mistakes we don’t know how to thanked and sincerely.
