PRESENTATION AND REPORT


Analyse a case study book Chandler (2004), chapter 6,7, and 8

Each group choose one case study in book Chandler (2014), presents as the
following:

§ Introduction: introduce the company in the case study, including a brief of research
information that you find out on the company website or Internet: No more than 2
pages for writing.
§ CSR issues: describe the case study, what is a problem, which issue the company
faced or is facing, what the company is criticized, etc.
§ Stakeholders: who are they? Stakeholders relate the issues that described above.
§ Strategies: means that a plan to solve the issues; describe methods the company
conducted CSR.
§ Tactics: activities, how to do, when & where. Tactics relate to strategies.
§ Group’s opinion: present your group’s ideas about the issues, the way the company
resolved the issues relating to CSR; suggest any solution according to your opinions;
which lessons the group withdraw from this case study.
§ Practical issues related to the case: Group needs to find the similarity in Vietnam or
in your company relating to the case study that Group studies.
§ Questions after each case study: Group needs to answer all the questions the author
(Chandler) set out after each case study.

Note:
+Presentation: start on Day 5 of the course; follow the lecturer’s instruction on class
+Submit the report on Day 10th of the course
- Number of pages: at least 10 pages.
- Must to have Table of content; abstract, references.
- Character size: 13, font: Times New Roman, Line spacing: 1,5
- References (must follow the instruction for BA thesis on OU website)
- Students need to use your own words for writing the report; don’t copy the author’s
writing.
