Breakfast: 1cup Muesli / 2 dry chapathi / 1 cup oats


2 egg white +1 cup veg. salad / any fruit

Mid meal: fruit or lime juice.

Lunch: ½ cup brown rice / Dry chapathi-2 + 100 gm chicken breast


/ 1 cup rajmadall or 1 cup Vegetable salad

Snacks: Green salad

Dinner: 100 gm .panneer


+2 Dry chapathi / Cooked Vegetable -1cup

Before going bed : 30 gm Whey protein + 1 cap omega

Before workout: 2 slice brown bread with peanut butter.

After workout: 1 cup whey protein with water.

Important note:

1) If you have any medical problems strictly consult your doctor without fail.

1. Per day drink 4 / 5 liter of water without fail

2. Consult doctor before taking
