EXTENTION PERIOD : 2 months

PROJECT : This is the construction of 2 storied building as class room hall

of the school.

WORK DONE : This building is almost completed building. Sub structure and
super structure is completed. Block work, plastering work,
roofing work and Finishing work is completed.

WORK TO BE DONE : There are only remaining works are Aluminum fittings, glass
fittings, light and fan fittings installation. They also have to
complete painting work. The pavement concrete work is
implementing at the time of inspection.

RISK TO THIRD PARTY : Third-party risk is minimum in this project due to construction.

FLOOD RISK : There is no flood risk in this area according to the conferred
person.

PROJECT PROGRESS : It can be considered as 80% progress percentage at the time of

inspection.

COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS :

 Workers are not wear the safety clothing such as safety helmets, safety jackets, boots etc.
 Safety Sign boards should be implemented in this location due to highly populated site.
 According to the conferred person, some of the labors are occupy at the site.
