The Golden Crescent Consortium of Peace Builders and Affiliates Inc., a non-stock
non- profit organization whose main mission is to foster bridge of alliances in the
continuous pursuit for peace through intra-faith and inter-faith in Zamboanga City
is much honored to welcome you as the newest member of the Executive Council
for 2021-2023.

In an earlier discussion with the President, he acknowledges your vital support

shared as a volunteer-member at the time the organization started until how it
progress up to this date. Modest as it is, it faced numerous challenges over the
years and you were one of those who stand side by side with it until it was able to
continue its most meaningful programs.

Having said that, we pay courtesy and respect to your generosity and your
expressed commitment to make the organization be more functional for the next
2 years onwards through this letter of appointment by being a member of the
Executive Council.

We are sending this letter of appointment as the new Executive Vice-President of

Golden Crescent Consortium of Peace Builders and Affiliates Inc. effective
immediately whose terms include the years 2021-2023 subject for a renewal of
another term.

The position of Executive Vice President entails the following responsibilities:

1. Assist the President in the operation of the Organization including programs
and projects discussed by the Executive Council;
2. Coordinate the members of the Executive Council in meetings and in lobbying
support for projects together with the other Vice-Presidents;
3. Manage the operation of the organizations programs to include developing the
roadmap and operational plan; and
4. Other responsibilities as may be discussed by the council.

This letter of appointment is issued subject to the latter’s acceptance and reply to
the signatories by affirming through text message, email or letter addressed to
the President of the GCCPBAI.
