POWER OF Attorney

Know all men by these presents, We M/s Vaidya Organization, a Propitiatory firm, having
registered office a t 3 11-318 l ndraprasth T ower, 6 M .G. R oad, I ndore [ M.P.], d o hereby
constitute, appoint and authorize Mr Faisal Riaz Khan resident of F-65/2 Shaheen
Bagh, Okhla, New Delhi -25, who is presently holding the position of Project Coordinator
as authorised personnel to Sign and execute the said agreement, attend meeting, submit
documents, assign personnel for the said consultancy assignment and to do in our name
and on our behalf, all such acts, deeds and things necessary in connection with or
incidental for successful execution of the contract for "Project  Management 
Consultant for Infrastructure Development Work for Plastic Park, Bilaua, Dist-
Gwalior (MP)" including signing and submission of all documents and providing
information/responses to IIDC Gwalior in all matters in connection with our Proposal
for the said Assignment.
We hereby agree to ratify all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by our said authorised
person pursuant to this Power of Attorney and that all acts, deeds and things done by
our aforesaid authorised personnel shall and shall always be deemed to have. been done
by us.
