Guarantee Policy : All reservations are to be guaranteed against a valid credit card. Kindly provide the same to reservations at the time of
booking.
Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel/ amend the booking need to advise the hotel 48 hours prior to the standard time of check in
at 15:00 hrs. to avoid a late cancellation fee of 1 night's accommodation
No Show Policy: In case of non arrival, retention charges equivalent to one night room rate will be charged..
Child Policy: Accommodation and Buffet Breakfast is free for 2 children under 06 years sharing their parents' or grandparent's room
in existing bedding. Accommodation and Buffet Breakfast is @ 50% for 2 children between 06 to 12 years sharing their
parents' or grandparent’s room in existing bedding. Extra bed can be organised at a charge
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises
Copy of PAN Card is mandatory for any cash payments exceeding INR 49,999.
Any modifications to a reservation is subject to hotel's availability and change in rates.
As per government guidelines, all 'Resident Guests' are requested to carry a proof of identity at the time of check-in. Passport plus 'Indian Resident
Permit' in case of residency is accepted for Foreigners. Any Indian Government issued I.D. card with residence Address i.e. Driving License, Voter's
Card, Passport. Aadhar Card is acceptable for Indian Nationals.
Please share the GST details if you want to avail the input while booking is made so that we can update in system.
Please verify the GST details are correct during check-out and rasie the concern with the hotel within one month after check-out. In case of non-reporting
A.B. Hotels will not be liable for any GST loss to you.

Terminal T-3 (International Flight): Inside Gate No 4 prior to Exit at Paging Area.
Terminal T-2 : Arrival Area Exit Gate.
