X is a startup company that provides video-on-demand services internationally. After the initial growth phase, the
company sees a rise in the number of viewers. Now the company has more recruits, with advanced skills that will be
applicable internationally, but with local shared values. An analysis states that most of the viewers are from the
same state because the content provided is more inclined nationally. Hence, the company wishes to offer video
contents which the international viewers can relate to, by establishing regional offices all across the world. Analyze
the feasibility of their strategy.
