All concerned are aware that one of our Southeast Bank family members, Mr. Kazi Md. Mohin Uddin, Senior Executive
Omcer, Kawran Bazar Branch, Dhaka breathed his last on tuly 09, 2021 at 04:27 p.m. at Islami Bank Central
Hospital, Kakrail, Dhaka due to Inneressible Careliorespiratory failure for Covid-19 Positive (Inna Lillaahi Wa Inna Ilaihi
Rajibon, Truly, to Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return). He was 45. He left behind his wife, Ms. Taslima
Ferdous and two children, Kazi Mohammad Abrar Jawad (12 years) and Nazifa Jahin (9 years).

The Honble Chairman, Mr. Alamgir Kabir, FCA has already been handed over the Pay Cheques of an amount of
Tk7OP3,L48|- against the admissible end service benefits and Covid compensation as per BRPD qrcular to the wife of
Late Mohin on L2.07.202I at Head Omce. The undersigned and a few Executives of the Bank were also present in this

function. Besides, the Divisional Heads of Head Office and Heads of Branches were connected through virtual platform.

In his brief speech, Mr. Alamgir Kabir, FCA expressed his condolences at the sudden death of Kazi Md. Mohin Uddin. He

consoled Late Mohin's wife, Ms, Taslima Ferdous and son, Kazi Mohammad Abrar Jawad. He highlighted different present
and upcoming welfare anangements for the employees along with their families of the Bank. He assured that the Bank
will always stand beside the employees of the Bank.

I Rrmly b€lieve that this kind of noble and timely initiative will portray the vision of our Honble Chairman about the staff
welfare in days to come.
