With reference to the latest Executive No. 33 issued by PGOM yesterday, July 28, 2021, please be informed that travel restrictions from August 1-15, 2021 will be implemented. Only essential travel will be allowed to enter the province and shall present negative RT-PCR result within twenty-four (24) hours upon its release or vaccination card for those who are fully vaccinated (after 14 days from the last dose). All employees, whether or not vaccinated, are still required to undergo quarantine on the first three (3) days and undergo antigen test on the fourth (4) day. If antigen test is negative, employee can report to work the next day after its release. If the employee does not want to undergo antigen test, the same shall finish seven (7) days quarantine and is required to present to Admin/HR a clearance from the barangay where he was quarantined that he finished the said period. The purpose of the management of requesting employees to undergo antigen test and/or quarantine is to ensure that no one was exposed to any possible risk while on travel which is after the release of the negative swab test or after being fully vaccinated. Again, we would like to ask for everyone's patience, understanding and cooperation for the strict implementation of our existing COVID protocols as our ultimate purpose is only for the protection, safety and welfare of the majority.
