Notice for Odd Term Registration for Extended Year Students (AY 2021-22)

The extended year UG students, who took admission in the academic year 2017-18 or
earlier and having backlog courses in the odd semesters (1 st/3rd/5th/7th) are required to
consult your Faculty Mentor and plan for the courses for the odd semester registration
scheduled on 31st July 2021.

Hope all of you have received the division-wise time table announced by your
department. Keeping the time table beside you and along with the guidance from your
Faculty Mentor, you can carefully decide which all courses are to be registered for this
upcoming odd semester without overlapping of time table, while ensuring your own
learning burden, which is within your capacity and as much as you can take. The
more the number of courses you register, the more you have to exert, hence there is a
chance that your CGPA may drop. Please seek advice from your Faculty Mentor while
registering for all the courses.

On 31st July, 2021, you are required to

1. To visit the Fees payment notice on the COEP website and needs to pay the
semester pattern fees as per the given instructions. Keep the copy of the fees
payment receipt.
2. Fill the details about the registering courses in the special case registration form
and submit the e-copy to your Faculty Mentor.

Failure in non-completing the mandatory above steps on 31st July will lead to late
registration with additional late fees payment. The last day of semester credit
registration with late fees is 6th August 2021. In case of late registration, a student is
required to pay Rs 100/- per every day of late starting with an initial late fees of Rs
100/- (1st August - Rs. 100/-, 2nd August- Rs.200/-, ... 6th August-Rs. 600. In case of
late-fees payment, you have to submit the copy of receipt to your Faculty Mentor.

You may consult your Faculty Mentor in case of any difficulty. You are required to
submit the 1) special case registration filled form 2) fees payment receipt(s) to your
Faculty Mentor. Later, the Dean Academics after receiving the recommendation
through proper channel (Faculty Mentor -> HoD -> Dean Academics) shall APPROVE
the semester credits registration form after due verification.

Odd Semester of Academic Year 2021-22 Instructions will begin in online mode on
2nd August 2021, as per the scheduled time table.
