Factors of E-Learning Framework

Based on the two theoretical framework that are supporting the study, Belarmino, Carosa,
Duenas and Paunlagui (2021) came with the Factors of E-Learning Framework which has
three main factors. These factors are the people, services and support. The people which
consist of teachers, students and stakeholders can communicate or interact with each other
using the e-learning. The service factors of e-learning which consists of providing the
discussion area, having synchronous communication, allows to have an accessible course and
to provide a collaboration. The support factors are consisting of technical support, assessing
the learner outcomes and to provide a faculty-student interaction. To sum it all up, the
framework shows what did the E-Learning can give to its user.
