To ensure that international standards in dispensing health services is applied,

calibration of clinical equipment must be done yearly to see to it that our equipment gives
an accurate data. Inline with this may I request list of equipment (working in good
condition) for calibration on last quarter this year. Attached herewith is the list of
equipment being calibrated by DOST Region V.
