HRCT CHEST

Findings:

There is evidence of subpleural atelectatic bands seen in medial segment of right middle
lobe, lateral segment of right lower lobe and inferior lingular segment .

Rest of the lung field appear normal in morphology and attenuation values.

No significant mediastinal lymphnodes seen.

The great vessels of the mediastinum appear normal.

There is no evidence of pleuro-peri cardial effusion / pneumothorax noted.

Impression:

 SUBPLEURAL ATELECTATIC BANDS IN MEDIAL SEGMENTS OF RIGHT MIDDLE LOBE,


LETERAL SEGMENTS OF RIGHT LOWER LOBE AND INFERIOR LINGULAR SEGMENT-
