Based on what the students answer with, I will continue
with the slides to keep them engaged in learning about
their five senses and what sense organs relate to each
sense. For each of the five senses there is a slide that
shows the sense organ, such as the eyes being
connected with sight. With each of these slides I will
discuss with the students when they have used each of
their senses in different situations at home and in the
classroom. For example, they have used touch to play
with playdoh or their nose to smell a candle. Following
these slides made by Erum Khanum, will follow the
activity that the students will be touching the
smartboard.
 The activity on the final slide shows a empty stick figure
like body with the five sense organs on the side for the
students to drag and drop. I will ask a few different
students to do the SMART activity on the board and ask
other students questions and anything they can add.
They will add the sense organs to the right part of the
body and give an example of what the sense organ does
if chosen to use the SMART board to touch.
 Following the whole class group work and SMART board
slides and activities, the students will do a worksheet
that they cut and paste the correct organs to a body and
draw a picture of an example that matches. The
students are welcome to ask any questions for help
from myself or their classmates to enhance their
learning.
