One of the most enduring icons of leadership and power through the ages has been
Alexander the Great. His exploits were not only legendary, but also exemplary, as his
deeds are hard to match even in this day and age.

He had an undefeated battle record. Upon his death, Alexander had conquered most
of the world then known to the ancient Greeks.
He fought in the head of his army. His conditions were the same as of his soldiers his
starting point was terrible small state with a huge an seemingly undefeatable enemy

Yes, Because Alexander was able to conquer a lot of territory of the then-known
world, allowing to keep their customs, inspiring his soldiers, and acknowledging
economics impact by establishing Alexandria, I believe this shows that Alexander was
a great military commander and political leader. Which is what makes him the
greatest leader out of the choices.

1. His temper was well-known. He could erupt like a volcano, and it was best not to get
to close so you wouldn’t get any fallout.
2. While he was not considered an alcoholic by today’s standards, he did turn to spirits
heavily on occasion.
3. He was too eccentric for many, including those close to him. Because of this, just
before his death, he lost the loyalty of many people.

Yes, Alexander’s conquests brought him into contact with a wide variety of
armies and cultures. To deal with the ever-changing military, political, cultural,
and economic landscape, he planned meticulously, analyzed every piece of
information and formulated as many alternatives as possible.
From a military standpoint, such efforts reduced his risk, increased his
flexibility, and enabled him to operate with speed and decisiveness with his
highly trained and exceptionally loyal army.
A flexible and adaptable strategy is a crucial element of your success as a
leader. Systematic planning, a comprehensive view, and incorporating a
range of options allows you to change your strategy depending on the
