Requirements-

We are from Factam Global industries Ludhiana; we need one powder coating plant suitable
for our products. (Drawing and Picture attached). Because we are going to establish new plant
so we have some questions and want the answer the same.

1. Is pretreatment required of my product, if yes than suggest me process as well as its

cost and process time and capacity per hour? Either, Blast room or anything else, what
you suggest because we are using raw material ERW steel pipe.
2. Application- (Powder gun or Spray booth)- we want to know Its working life and
capacity, and if need to replace than cost effecting.
3. Curing Process – will you suggest Oven size which is suitable for our product, and its cost
and running cost per hour basis along with capacity?
4. Beside That how much floor area required to establish the complete plant horizontally
and vertically
5. Will you suggest which kind of production system Batch System or Automatic system for
my Product?
6. What will be the complete plant cost and setup time and after run handover to us?
7. What will be the per ton cost of my product
8. What will be the volume per day?

Quality Requirements

Powder Coating Test

1. Bending Test- 0.9mm Powder coated sheet bend at 180 degree and there is no sparkling of paint
2. Pencil Test- There is no Mark on coted surface by 2H Pencil.
3. Peel off Test- Scratch on coating surface and cover scratch area with Adhesive Tape and then
peel of tape from surface ; requirement is paint should not peel off with tape.
4. Surface should be Bright and Shiny.
