You are asked to write a 2,000 word literature review. The topic is shown below with the marking
scheme

Topic:

“Global challenges – ranging from climate, water and food crises, to poverty, conflict and inequality
– are in need of solutions that the private sector can deliver, representing a large and growing
market for business innovation. In the rush to transform business models and systems for the future,

Write an essay (literature review) in relation to the above statement. You should analyse what is the
role of the private sector towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

You can focus on a specific sector (manufacturing, construction, finance, supply chain, industry 4.0,
agriculture or any other sector) or you can write about the role the businesses play overall.

I would expect to see at least 10 references.
