What do you know about Glovo?

Glovo is a tech start-up founded in Barcelona in 2015. It is an app that provides delivery
services. You are in 19 countries so far and willing to expand. Your app connects three
pillars: businesses, consumers, and couriers. 90% of those businesses are small and
medium and you call them partners. Without them, Glovo would not exist.

I found your service and your modus operandi so efficient. From my point of view Glove
is an attractive company for this reason:

Regarding the position, I believe it plays a crucial role in a company's growth and
success. It is about maintaining strong and meaningful relationships with partners and
making things work well for both. I guess, you may also need to be able to clearly see
and understand their needs and support them in maximizing their business
opportunities.

In my past job experiences, in particular, when I was working as an assistant office

manager, I was in charge of developing and managing those relationships, I was there
for any inquiries and issues that may occur. I always thought that by being available,
helping, empathetic, and gentle with your customers (in this case partners) is something
that will lead you to great things. It is actually a key factor in building a strong brand
image as well. So, that was what applied in my previous professional experience and I
believe this could be a great asset at Glovo.

Why are you a good fit for this position?

· First, you are looking for a person who has a strong attention to detail, and I can say I
am a perfectionist in everything I do, I always make sure the result is extremely precise.
· Then, you are looking for who has high level of interpersonal and influencing skills.
Well, I've participated in different projects abroad in which I interacted with people from
different countries, backgrounds and I developed a high level of flexibility, collaboration
and communication. I was able to influence as well as I've been chosen as leader of
some projects and assignments at the University in which I planned and assigned tasks
to my teammates.
· Lastly, I am a very organized person; I enjoy planning my days and a keep track of all
the tasks I need to do daily with my paper planning supported by a to do list app.
Planning makes me feel with the situation under my control. That is also something very
important for the position I am applying for
