We can take actions to make sure all our employees can understand the policies with:

 Appropriate Training.
 Routine Safety Checks.
 Share Case Studies or Incident Reports.
 Newsletter about updates about new implementations.
 Hold Meetings (Toolbox Talks)

6. Describe how supervisors can regularly provide information about hazards and risk assessment, and
how they can control outcomes within their team.
Fall safety inspections should be done on a daily basis by supervisors walking around the premises. This
will increase the likelihood of spotting unprotected hazards that need to be guarded, as well as keeping
an eye on employees to insure they're following best practises. If you notice unsafe conduct, it must be
corrected right away. It can't afford to wait any longer.

7. Describe the best communication techniques to explain WHS legislation and organizational policies
and procedures to a team.
From my point of view, I think if the workers have a company email address, make sure that at least once
a month, they receive an email detailing safety standards. Another option is to send a newsletter to each
employee's address; you can also provide one with their pay stub.

8. Describe the types of training that a team may need, related to WHS legislation and regulations and
organisational procedures.
Must be to keep mandatory small-group meetings for all workers to ensure that everybody gets the
message. To study and explore safety practises, make Toolbox Talks a part of your everyday routine but
also people learn more from the workplace culture than from the signs that are posted. Create a culture
of safety in the workplace by properly training your employees.

9. Explain how to identify the most appropriate WHS training for a workplace team.
The best action it can take it’s to put the reality behind the need for safety by sharing events about real
people who have been affected by insufficient safety measures.

10. Give examples of the costs for WHS training within a team.
Make protection a top priority in your budget. It's no surprise that people don't want to wear safety
harnesses and glasses that are the cheapest on the market! Put a premium on protection by purchasing
high-quality, comfortable gear that people would want to wear. It’s all about a dedicate budget for
safety.
