SHUTTERING

o Skilled workman will be deployed for material Handling / Shifting.

o In lifting operation tag / guide rope to be used in case of lifting / shifting with crane / hydra.

o Only Certified / Inspected / Calibrated Equipment and authorized operator / person will be
deployed

o Dust Mask , Gloves , Ear plug / Ear muffles to be ensured for concerned

o Only trained persons should be engaged for erection of shutter.

o The work should be carried out in close supervision.

o Unwanted and loose materials to be removed immediately from the working platform and other
will be stacked / stored properly.

o Close inspection will be carried out by execution and HSE site personnel.

o Proper PPEs should be used during shuttering work.

o Training shall be given to all workers.

o Oil spillage shall be removed immediately.
