Activities of Financial Management Expert (FME) –Jan-Mar, 2021

During the Quarter January- March, 2020 FME completed SWOT Analysis report. In this report, Team
Leader, Mr. Water Alan Jones also contributed by reformatting and improving the report. This report will
be a part of the Corporate Business Plan.

At this stage FME working on the Investment Plan Financial Plan for next 5 year and expecting to
complete. Data collection and analysis is the main part of assignment. This work is ongoing along with
close liaison of Accounts, Finance and Project planning and MIS departments/divisions.
