Corporations are basically a name given to a group of people.
That name represents that group
of people and every legal process that needs to be done is going to be under the name of the corporation because it includes all the owners. However, corporations are people because everything that a corporation buy or profit from belongs to a group of people behind the name of the corporation. I believe in the corporate personhood because as I said before, if someone steals from the corporation, they are not only stealing from one person, they would be stealing from a group of people that is represented by a corporate name. So, in this example, I believe that corporation personhood is helpful because then my corporation can sue you for stealing a good that belongs to the corporation, that is to say, a group of people.
