AR12 – AN (S 1:00-4:00PM)

Hanna Darlyn C. Tomaroy

Everyone has been angry at some point in their lives, it is a part of life that we must dealt
with. We are all captives to our feelings. Our minds are governed by both negative and
positive emotions. Positive emotions are those that make us, as well as those around us, happy
while the negative emotions makes’ us feel wicked of our own self and makes us mad, lonely or
sad. Anger, on the other hand, is possibly the most destructive emotion of all. Anger is one of
the few emotions that entirely transforms a person. When we or anyone else's anger takes
control, we become violent, confrontational, and unreasonable. In our life there are situations
or bad experiences that makes us mad and frustrated, all of us experience that. That’s why it is
very important to know how to control our own emotions and feelings. My mom always told
me this “Don’t make decision’s when your angry, sad, irritated or frustrated because in that
phase of your life its not the real you. Maybe the decisions you make in that time will hurt you
at the end and make you regret it all your life.” And I live with that principle in my life,
eventually there are times in my life that I feel the world is upside down and against me but I
take a moment for myself to relax and think about my situation and clear my mind from bad
thoughts. The most important thing is to do is to learn and understand yourself because it will
help you overcome those odds in life if you yourself know who is the real you.
