Why Sleep is Essential of Our Help
Sleep is a process of rest for all living things and even essential to the health
of the human body. During sleep, alertness diminishes because some organs of some
are resting. The fact is, man spends almost a third of his life sleeping and
resting. This makes sense, of course, in view of the daily need for a few hours of
sleep to regain stamina.
Adequate sleep plays a vital role in keeping your body healthy. Even if you have
established a healthful diet and regular exercise, if not followed by sufficient
sleep, it will all be in vain. Getting a good night's sleep is what everyone wants.
With a good night's sleep, the tiredness after a long day's activity will wear off
and the body will freshen up.
In reality, though, not everyone is able to go to sleep peacefully and with
quality, since there are some factors that cause sleep disorders. One reason for
this annoyance of sleep and lack of quality sleep is the stress of the body and the
mind. Here are some of the results of sleep deprivation, which is:
1. Depression
This is most often the case with people who have a habit of only sleeping for less
than six hours a day. The most frequent symptoms found are such as excessive
anxiety, become more sensitive, sensitive and unhealthy body condition. Depression
can lead to various types of disease including heart and cancer.
2. Learning Disorders
Impaired ability to learn a lack of sleep can cause a lack of cognitive ability,
which can make the brain less concentrated, unable to retain good memory, unable to
use reason properly and hard to find a solution to problems. Hence, adequate sleep
can cause the brain to experience such pleasant processes as increasing memory
power and storing memory.
3. Unstable emotions
Sleep deprivation can indeed cause brain loss. But one of the less pleasant effects
of interference from brain function is becoming more irritable and emotionally
unstable. Even these conditions will create disruptions for social relationships
especially for youth and adults. Because of emotional stress that is unstable it
can make for mood unpleasant. 
4. Severe sleep disorder
Severe sleep disorders such as insomnia and paranoia most often occur to those who
have poor sleep habits. The body gives poor response if it remains forced to sleep

When we sleep it actually works to get good energy. The system in the brain will
work to remember previous memories, store various memories and stimulate good brain
stimulation. But if sleep is not enough then the brain cannot perform this
function. As a result, memory weakens and other cognitive abilities are affected as
well. The most frequent risk of memory is marked as forgetting and as hard to
concentrate.
Some of the results mentioned are common to people. Sleep disorders still yield a
lot of results. But every problem has a solution. Here's a tip for getting enough
sleep and comfort, which is:
1. Establish a regular schedule of sleep and keep awake at the same time each day.
This step makes the body have an automatic bedtime. You can adjust to everyday
activities
2. Make your bedroom more comfortable than turning off a light, changing a bedpan
and a pillowcase to keep it clean and comfortable.
3. Make sleep more pleasant as listening to relaxing music.
4. If you have a hard habit of sleeping at night then never go to bed during the
day or in the afternoon. Falling asleep at that hour can cause anxiety and
sleepless nights.
5. Engage in regular exercise or practice daily. You may engage in various regular
exercises such as walking, running, or gymnastics.
6. Avoid alcohol, caffeine or cigarettes because they can cause you to have
difficulty sleeping at night.
7. Avoid consuming foods that are high in carbohydrates and fat at bedtime.
8. Engage in some simple bedtime activities such as reading a book while relaxing
to feel sleepy.
9. Avoid using cell phones or gadgets because the blue screen on them can make the
brain active and have difficulty sleeping.
10. Sleep in a place or room that you feel is most comfortable with your daily mood
level.
Nor should sleep be taken lightly, for if you lack sufficient sleep, this would
cause a breakdown in your health. But if you sleep with enough time, there are many
benefits to you:
1. The body is healthier
2. Body growth
3. Keeping your weight
4. Staying active during the day
6. Spared by accident or injury
7. Improve your mood
8. Strengthening the immune system
9. Sharpen memory
 
The human body is compared to an object, just as anything else electronic that too
long to be used causes damage. A person who thinks too often will also be a burden
on his mind that it implicates his health.
