Subject: Request for lodging a FIR regarding theft of my mobile phone with SIM

Respected sir,
I would bring to your kind notice:
That I am Nidhi Jain, d/o Manoj Jain, currently residing at C-12, Second Floor,
Green Park Extension, New Delhi-110016. On March 24th, 2021 at around 4pm,
my mobile phone got stolen from Sarojini Nagar market while shopping.
My mobile phone of Redmi K20 Pro brand, model no. M1853D12l, IMEI
number 849283745029485, which I had purchased in October, 2020, was
stolen by some miscreant, whom I was unable to see. The mobile was in my
handbag, when it was stolen. The mobile is white in colour with blue
removable cover. The mobile was having a SIM of Vodaphone company inside
it. The phone number of the SIM is 9578344850.
I seek your help and request you to kindly register my FIR in this matter and
provide a copy of the it so that I can submit it to the service provider to block
the phone number in order to avoid the possible abuse of my SIM.
For your ready reference I enclose herewith copy of my Aadhar card.
