SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOY BISCONDE JUANILLAS, of legal age, Filipino, married, and presently

residing at B27, L3, Ph2, Villa Anthrium Subd. Brgy. Dita, Sta. Rosa City, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint my wife CHRISTINE JOY RAMIRO JUANILLAS, of
legal age, Filipino, and and with the same/above mentioned residence and postal address,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and my name, place and stead, do and
perform the following.

To make, sign, claim, authorize, execute and deliver agreement, and other writing
of whatever nature or kind with any concerns and entries, upon terms and conditions
acceptable to my said Attorney-in-fact and in connection to my documents and other
instrument that I need personal, and non-personal.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power

and authority, to do and perform every acts requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution or revocation and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
