BATTLE BETWEEN NATURE & NURTURE

In the video clip, it talks about the functions of the Nature and the Nurture in the growth of

development of a person. It does not show any arguments between the two but rather explained how a

certain person grow and develop either genetically or by means of DNA and/or through the experiences

and learnings in the environment. In the given example in one of her study on what causes the rapid

growth of people having the cancer and it was shown that the cancer in lungs or bronchus has the

highest record and what causes that is that people who has cancer specifically lung cancer smoke

extremely numerous and without limitations. So therefore the chance that you might get the disease is

likely to develop even though you were born healthy or your parents did not pass it to you genetically .

Furthermore, nurture comes after, if you already have the disease through the DNA yet the wrong

practice of smoking take place, it might worsen your health problems. The video tells us that both

nature and nurture take place in the growth of development, it should not be questioned, instead of

nature vs nurture it should be nature and nurture.

Developmental periods is understood depending on a certain person your are asking that is

what the video clip stated. Developmental periods is the phases of life of a certain person in which there

is an occurrence of changes in the behavior or personalities.
