(KIND ATTENTION: STUDENTS OF M.Tech-II and EXISTING STUDENTS OF RAMAN
BHAVAN (PhD with Family))

Subject: ONLINE HOSTEL ALLOTMENT FOR THE STUDENTS OF M.TECH-II AND

EXISTING STUDENTS OF RAMAN BHAVAN (PHD WITH FAMILY)

It is to inform to students of M.Tech-II and existing students of Raman Bhavan (PhD

with Family) to do online Hostel Room Allotment using Online MIS portal of the
institute.

The following instructions are to be noted -

Procedure of Hostel Room Allotment:
(i) The final choice of Hostel Room Allotment will start from 09th August, 2021 to 12th
August, 2021 onwards between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

https://mis.svnit.ac.in/mispay
(ii) Enter Your Admission No. as user name and password which is set by you.
(iii) Follow as per the guidelines to complete the procedure:

(iv) If existing students of PhD do not take admission in this stipulated time as
mention above (9th August, 2021 to 12th August, 2021) then their rooms will be
allotted to new / wait list students on first come first basis.
