How To Complete Your Online English Assessment

You must submit the required online English assessment along with your other registration documents in order to receive your
DS-7002 and DS-2019 forms. Please follow the instructions below. You will need a computer with an internet connection and
working speakers or headphones to take the test.

STEP 1: Visit https://testing.berlitz.com/placement/plRegistration.aspx

STEP 2: Fill in the requested information on the registration page. Remember that your name should be as given in your
passport (Firstname, Middlename and Lastname – spelling should be same). Only fields marked with a red star*are required.
For the questions regarding the Berlitz Training Center, you can choose any country, city and center you like. This will not
affect your application.

STEP 3: On the next page, select English as your target language. Click “I agree” under the confidentiality agreement then
click Continue.

STEP 4: A new page will open with instructions for taking the test. Please read the instructions and test your audio
equipment as instructed.

STEP 5: Take the test. Minimum score required is 4. If your score is less than 4, please practice and improve your English
language ability and retake the test.

STEP 6: After completing the test you will be taken to a page confirming your participation and your score on the test.
Please save this page, either as a pdf which you can download or as a screenshot from your computer.

STEP 7: Include the saved page with your test score and send it to kkusa.plc@gmail.com along with your other registration
documents.

Your level must be inside the red box.

Please note: ITN does not have any formal agreement or relationship with Berlitz. You are not required to
purchase or use any other Berlitz services once the English assessment is complete.
