such as the media or government regulatory.

Whistleblowing :-

2. damage to environment
3. criminal offence
4. the company isn't obeying the low.
5. covering of wrong doing.
Characteristics of a Whistleblowing :-
1. the matter that are of substantial important of public
interest
only fall under the preview of Whistleblowing.
2. it can done by a member or former member of
organization.
3. the act of Whistleblowing is done voluntarily.
