MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
The following shall constitute the full agreement between Debate and Literary Society (DLS) of Narsee Monjee
College of Commerce and Economics and Casekhazanaa for sponsoring our event, “THE 2020 RANT
PARTY”which would be held on September 12, 2020 as our OFFICIAL GIFTING PARTNER.

Deliverables to Debate and Literary Society:

• 10 E-coupons with a flat 20% off on a minimum purchase of Rs. 250 from Casekhazanaa

Deliverables from Debate and Literary Society:

• Social media shout out as our official gifting partner.
• A mention in our PR messages along with their logo and link of their instagram page.

Terms and condition :

• Deal once finalized cannot be retracted by any party.
• Confidentiality Clause: Parties to the contract must keep the terms and benefits of the contract
confidential and should not disclose it to any other clubs or fellow sponsors.
• The Sponsor Benefits are personal to you and we are not obliged to provide the Sponsor Benefits (or any
part of them) to any other entity or person
• Complete Agreement: The parties agree that this MOU constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and
that no prior agreement or representation, written or oral, shall be binding or of any force or effect.
Further, this MOU may not be amended, modified, altered or enlarged except in writing signed by the duly
authorized representatives of the parties hereto.
• These Terms and Conditions set out the terms on which Casekhazanaa agree to sponsor the Event. You
understand that by signing the agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement.
