LETTER OF CONFIRMATION

This letter of confirmation is between:

Maya Entertainment Limited a subsidiary of Aptech Limited, a public limited company,
registered under the provisions of the Companies Act,(1956) and having its office at APTECH
HOUSE, A-65, Marol, MIDC, Andheri(East), Mumbai-400093 (hereinafter referred to as
“MAAC” which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be
deemed to include its successors & permitted assigns)
AND
NARSEE MONJEE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMICS, MUMBAI
Now, it is hereby agreed and declared by and between the parties regarding the seminar on
“DIGITAL MARKETING, BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS” on the 13th March, 2021 via
zoom meetings.
In context to the same, and our mutual understanding regarding the nature of the seminar
& expenses involved, MAAC has agreed to provide the sponsorship of RS. 3000.

In lieu of the same, following is the summary of credits offered by the college during the
event:
1. Messages to be circulated on Whatsapp and Instagram.

2.Banners to be displayed on the social media page of college.

4.On the event day interaction slot on the stage or online platform

5.Promotional videos

6.Announcements to be made

7.Social media exposure

It is mutually understood and agreed among both the parties that the respective obligations have
been read and understood. Amount paid by MAAC to College will be returned if the event doesn’t
take place.
