TAKE PART IN THIS
LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ?

A leader is someone who

has the ability to inspire ,
influence , motivate and
enable members of an
organization to contribute to
the success and
effectiveness of the
organization . Leader can be
situational , transformational
or transactional . Most
people consider their ideals
in leadership to be Margret
Thacher , Nelson Mendela ,
Mother Tersa or in my case it
would be Muhamad Ali
Jinnah , the founder of my
beloved homeland Pakistan .
But thatʼs the bigger picture
of things . In the true sense
of the word , inspiration is
something u take from
observing someone really
closely . For me , my
inspiration will always be a
single person . I owe all my
extra-curricular
achievements to this one
person . Her name is Maam
Rizwana Mazhar . My
Pakistan Studies teacher .
She is someone I feel
connected to on a spiritual
level . She changed my
perspective of seeing
things . She made me see
the beauty of my country
from a whole new level . She
was someone who inspired
me to stand for the student
body presidential position
for my school . I saw a
perfect leader in her . I
noticed how she was so kind
and compassionate toward
her colleagues yet she was
always vigilant and
dedicated towards her work
and responsibilities . She
was someone who
motivated me to think out of
the box , to stand out in a
crowd . She was always
supporting us and pushing
us to do better . I noticed a
great leadership ability in her
which was encouraging
people . She always used to
grade our tests and in the
end she used to write
encouraging and motivating
notes for us . It wonʼt be
wrong to mention that I still
have all those notes in a box
if the top of my drawer and
Whenever I feel low , I simply
go and read them out loud .
Those notes infuse a new
spirit of zeal and zest in me .
In the end , I would conclude
by mentioning how she
always encouraged us by
saying we are the FUTURE
POLITICIANS . I , Minahil

World Health Organization
Youth Forum . My country
has the most driven young
leaders in the making and I
am here to represent them
all . I am working towards
the belief that my
inspiration , my teacher ,
Maam Rizwana Mazhar had
in me and I thank her being
her most wonderful self and
inspiring me .
